Choose your HEMI Head

All Twin Cam Hemi Kits follow the same instructions as found in the Harley-Davidson Service Manual for removal and replacement of the top end.

All Hemi Performance Kits will accept stock HD components such as Intake Manifold, Carb, Cams, Exhaust and Push Rods. We recommend adjustable push rods for ease of installation. Further performance gains can be found by using performance Cams, Carb along with exhaust system. Please see the "More Horsepower" section of this web page, or call our Technical Service Department at (708) 656-HEMI (4364) for recommendations.

If aftermarket adjustable push rods are used, closely follow manufacturer's instructions to avoid possible engine damage. It is imperative that after adjusting the first set of valves and before adjusting the next set, that you wait until you can freely spin the push rods on the valves that you have just adjusted. This allows the lifter to bleed down and must be done before adjusting the next valve. Do all four in this manner.
