Dyno Tuning:

"Hemi Performance Engineering" uses a Dynojet model 250I eddy current chassis dynamometer which utilizes the lasted load based Winpep software to record and display the results of each run.

An integrated weather station manipulates the Winpep software to accurately calculate correction factors. These corrections create a standardized SAE Horsepower number that can be used to compare power across multiple tuning sessions.

Infrared thermometer monitoring of the cylinder head and engine case temperatures verity they are within normal operating range which ensures accuracy throughout multiple tuning sessions.

Air/Fuel monitoring is paramount when tuning carburetor or EFI based systems. Hemi incorporates a wide-band exhaust gas analyzer which allows the operator to view the emissions in real-time. We take that one step further with advanced EFI controllers (i.e. Twin Tec Gen II and S&S Pro tune). Wiring the on-board O2 directly to the Dynojet’s A/F control eliminates the lag time common with standard exhaust probes
